Graham’s background is originally in multimedia and website design but his passion evolved into digital marketing and training, and has been working in the digital marketing industry for over 15 years. Graham thrives on the challenge of continually learning new digital marketing skills to improve customer retention and ultimately drive more sales online.

Graham is always passionate about creating the best customer sales experience online when it comes to design, marketing or advertising. Graham has well-developed communication skills which is of great benefit to him as a trainer, demonstrating a natural ability to understand and identify with people at all levels of computer literacy.
